We are looking for a reliable caretaker for our Munich properties. You will take responsibility for the technical and infrastructural maintenance of several residential and commercial properties.

Your responsibilities

Building technology maintenance, upkeep of outdoor areas, coordination of maintenance work, key management, point of contact for tenants and owners.

Your profile

Manual dexterity, experience as a caretaker or in a comparable position, ability to work in a team, flexibility, Class B driver's license.
